How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from US warehouses are shipped through USPS. Packages from warehouses in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 15 days not including 1-2 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of efitspot (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (15 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I am very satisfied with my Bicycle Phone Bag. It is made of durable waterproof material. I also appreciate the storage space, where I can put my wallet, keys and other items. The touch screen is excellent. I can operate my phone and protect it. I highly recommend this item.
Use for a weekend bikepacking trip. We pedaled for about 2 hours in a downpour. I would call it water resistant. Was wet behind inside case behind my iPhone (money and notepad were soaked) and a little moisture in pockets. I’ll still use it, just not when rain is in forecast.

Great bag! Sturdy & doesn't rattle when off road. This was one of the only bags that I could find to fit my folding E-bike. Works great & is sensitive enough to use a touchscreen through it.

The bag feels like it is good quality I only wish that the side bags had some more room and the phone pouch was easier to unzip in the corners

Just like having a tank bag on your bike. Keeps your phone and essential items handy. Why weren't these around years ago?
Works well, but originally sat skewed on my top tube until I fashioned a shim to stabilize it.
The phone holder was a little tough to get the phone case figured out but it's great. My wife definitely makes fun of it.
Glad I bought it. Easy to situate those small items we all carry right up front. Phone compartment is detachable which is nice. I wish the side compartments had two zippers instead of one. If I need to open the side compartments while ridding having two zippers makes it easier to open while riding and not loose something, where with one zipper you should probably stop.
Great little bike bag! Extra bonus to see that the phone part is sturdy Velcro. Nice user friendly bonus! Thus should hold up on any rough trail!
I needed a safe way to carry my phone, but this came with a little bonus storage, too! I can carry a snack, my phone, and keys/ID easily and securely. Highly recommend!
Overall it’s a great idea! I have a 26” mountain bike and I’m 5 8”. When I ride my knees hit the sides of the pouch. It’s also difficult to see the screen of your phone while riding.
Really pleased with my purchase. I have a Momentum Cruiser and its fits perfectly. I use a biking app when I ride and like the touch screen. It protects my phone but does not interfere with its use. I can check my progress during my ride with no problems. Really holds my phone securely so that I don't worry. The side pouches are just big enough for my sun glasses, gloves, lip balm, keys etc. Well made product.
This fits tight agains the bike, with no movement and top piece with phone inside is Velcro and easily removed. This has a great price point easy to install and seats itself well. Really enjoying this purchase
